Commercial Claims Handler

A leading national Underwriters are now looking to add an experienced Claims Handler to their growing dynamic team based in Knaresborough. Key Responsibilities

• To assist the Claims team in providing an effective and efficient claims service to our customers
• Build and maintain relationships with all key claim`s stakeholders
• To maintain and develop personal knowledge and skills through continued professional development
• Investigating, handling and managing a wide range of claims

Experience Required

• Previous experience of working as a Claims Handler for an Insurance Company, Loss Adjustor or Broker dealing with Property claims (motor, non-motor or ideally both)
• Excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner
• A keen interest in progression within Insurance
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
