Commercial Claims Handler

Salary : Up to £32k DOE

A Leeds based broker is looking to add an experience Claims Handler to their team, whether you are from a Broker or Insurer background, I would be keen to speak with you.

The successful candidate will be responsible for looking after claims of all classes of business with no upper limit for the Broker.

Key Responsibilities

• Internal and client facing
• Investigating, handling and managing a wide range of commercial claims
• Building and maintaining relationships across the commercial insurance market - with insurers, solicitors, loss adjusters, surveyors, suppliers -in the interests of clients from a variety of sectors

Experience Required

• Likely to have a minimum of 12 months Commercial experience
• Experience of being face to face with Insurers/clients is desirable
• Excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner
• A keen interest in progression within Insurance
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
