Motor Claims Support Handler

Leeds

Salary : Up to £25k DOE, plus 30 days holiday

This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly expanding Motor Claims provider in the heart of Leeds city centre.

Within this role initially you will act as a support function for the existing claims team, supporting them with a number of administrative duties along with providing excellent customer service to customers, insurers, solicitors and suppliers etc.

As you gain experience within this role your responsibilities will also grow with the opportunity to deal with your own allocation of Motor Claims with the support of the wider team and your line manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Capturing incoming claims information provided by the out of hours team onto the claims management system
• Processing incoming invoices from suppliers and dealing effectively with any queries arising
• Managing incoming correspondence, both postal and email, loading onto the relevant claim file
• Being responsible for own caseload of allocated minor own damage claims to settlement in line with department processes

Experience Required

• Background in as Customer Services environment
• Any claims handling experience of a motor claim
• Displays and values honesty and integrity
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers and colleagues alike
