We are recruiting for an experienced Independent Financial Adviser for a long standing and very well established Independent Wealth Management and Financial Advisory firm based in Bristol.

This is an Employed position with a great opportunity to take over the servicing of an existing client bank.

The successful candidate would have:

• At least 2 years` IFA experience, ideally with a client bank but not critical if able to generate own clients/business.
• To work from our office until they have generated enough business to visit those clients building stronger relationships.
• Our client provides 1x salary in recurring income, adviser needs to generate the other 2x from own/new clients and from new business from inherited clients.
• Ideally live local to the area to know your clients

In return you will receive:

• Salary between £30-50k pa depending on your experience.
• 3x validation (includes recurring income), bonus of 30% of business written thereafter.
• Full support including research, report writing, new business admin etc
