Temporary Customer Service Advisor

Leeds

Salary : £8.50 - £9.50 per hour

Full time : 35 Hours per week

Within this role initially you will act as a support function for the existing claims team, supporting them with a number of administrative duties along with providing excellent customer service to their customers over the phone.

Due to growth within the business this is initially a temporary position of up to 3 months, however there is the possibility of an extended period of employment (or permanent role) subject to performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Capturing incoming claims information provided by the out of hours team onto the claims management system
• Managing incoming calls and taking messages for the claims team
• Other administrative duties as required

Experience Required

• Background in as Customer Services environment
• Ideally experience of working in a contact centre answering high volumes of calls
• Displays and values honesty and integrity
