This Saffron Walden based Insurance Broker is looking to add a Private Clients Team Leader to their established team.

The role of the Team Leader:

• Clearly communicate team and individual targets, monitoring and resolving performance issues to ensure all targets are met
• Motivate, coach and support a team day to day through various methods including daily meetings, one to one`s and coaching sessions
• Build strong relationships with clients
• Understand all of the customers Personal insurance needs across all classes including non-standard risks

The Requirements of the Team Leader:

• Ideally a background of working in a Private Clients team, but other experience within the Insurance sector would be considered
• Live within commutable distance of the office or happy to relocate
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• A minimum of Cert CII (further study support will be provided)
• Experience of leading a team in an Insurance setting
