Personal Injury Fee Earner

Warrington : Up to £33k DOE

This is a great time to join this growing well established Law Firm in Warrington. You will join an already established team of Personal Injury Fee Earners who deal with a portfolio of RTA, EL and PL files from cradle to grave.

The successful candidate will have experience of previously working as a Paralegal, Legal Executive or a Fee Earner.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering excellent customer service
• You will issue/draft schedules, statement`s and particulars of claims
• Proactively identifying key information required to progress a claim to conclusion

Experience Required

• Ideally you will have at least 2 years` experience of dealing with RTA, EL and PL files
• Must have experience of handling litigated cases
• Excellent negotiation skills, capable of influencing the opinions of customers and fellow professionals through all communication channels
• A ‘can do` attitude with the ability to proactively manage workload and prioritise tasks
