Paralegal : Defendant Motor Claims Handler

Warrington : Up to £30k DOE

This is a great time to join this growing well established Law Firm in Warrington. You will join an already established team of Defendant Motor Paralegals who deal with a portfolio of Motor files.

Within this role you will deal with motor insurance claims to conclusion and will be required to provide an excellent level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Use Proclaim case management system to settle claims
• Manage a caseload involving disputed liability cases, MOJ and non MOJ PI claims, credit hire, indemnity concerns and potentially fraudulent cases
• Prioritise wok effectively to efficiently handle a busy caseload

Experience Required

• Previous experience working with defendant motor PI cases
• Experience of dealing with credit hire
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work under pressure to manage a busy caseload
