Working in partnership with a leading international law firm I am currently recruiting for a Conflicts Team Leader to join their successful City Centre Operations Team in Leeds.

As a Conflicts Team Leader your duties will include

• Managing a group of Analysts
• Resource, performance, recording and monitoring absence
• Handling complex queries
• Auditing the teams work
• Providing training
• Analyse conflict checks
• Develop a good working relationship with the legal teams internationally

The successful candidate should have:

• Ideally degree educated or equivalent
• Legal Experience
• AML/Senior Conflicts Experience
• Strong inter-personal skills.
• The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Supervisory experience
• A high level of attention to detail.
