Claims Handler
Manchester City Centre - Up to £28,500 DOE

I am currently recruiting for a Claim Handling vacancy located within Manchester City Centre.

Our client is one of the Top 15 independent brokers in the UK and the largest property broker outside London.

The role requires 4 to 5 years experience ideally working within cross class, property, motor, liability and financial lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering excellent customer service.
• Processing a variety of insurance claims across a number of different sectors.
• Provision of advice on a variety of claims for both individuals and commercial entities.
• Prior experience of working within an insurance claim role.
• Self-motivated and is able to work independently whilst remaining a team player.
• Excellent negotiation skills, capable of positively influencing the opinions of customers and fellow professionals through all communication channels.
• A ‘can do` attitude with the ability to proactively manage workload and prioritise tasks.
