Litigation Assistant : Personal Injury

Warrington : Up to £25k DOE

We are currently working with a leading law firm in Warrington who are looking to add a Litigation Assistant to their Personal Injury team where you will predominantly assist one of the partners.

To be successful in this role you will have a solid background in Personal Injury and experience in assisting either a partner or senior solicitor with their caseload. This is a great time to join the business and you will have the opportunity to be involved with a variety of high value litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaising with third party insurers, Solicitors and other professional such as medical experts
• Draft letters, Court documents and other documents such as witness statements and Schedules of Loss
• Reviewing medical records and drafting Chronology
• Prioritise wok effectively to efficiently handle a busy caseload

Experience Required

• Previous experience of working as a Litigation Assistant dealing with the above duties
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work under pressure to manage a busy caseload
