We are currently working with a leading Education Trust who are seeking a Head of Facilities and Estate Management. You will support the Board by providing specialist subject knowledge.Provide advice and support on matters relating to facilities management including; sites, building issues, catering, building, cleaning, grounds maintenance, security, health and safety.Key responsibilities will be:Providing advice and support on matters relating to facilities managementincluding; sites, building issues, catering, building, cleaning, grounds maintenance,security, health and safety.Create and manage the implementation of a facilities management strategy for the Trust.To provide advice and support on tendering, procurement, monitoring and management of FM services.Undertake a periodical review of all health and safety policies. Oversee the insurance arrangements and offer adviceSkills required:Degree educated with ideally a management qualification.5 years experience of working in a strategic role.Experience of managing a programme.Good working knowledge of procurement and general management
