Job Information

We are working with a well-established not for profit organisation and assisting them with the recruitment of a Part Time HR Administrator (2 days per week.)

Working as part of a busy HR team and providing generalist HR Administration support, the role will focus on full employee life cycle work. Key duties and responsibilities will include;

• Full employee life cycle administration and support
• Managing the administration for the on-boarding and leaver process; references and employment checks, sending out contracts etc.
• Assistant with recruitment administration; placing adverts, managing applicants, providing shortlists, organising interviews and assisting managers with the interview process
• Updating employee`s HR records
• Dealing with HR queries and managing the HR inbox
• Assisting the HR team with any ad-hoc tasks

For this role it is essential that candidates have proven HR administration experience and ideally have started CIPD (or similar qualification).

Strong administration and use of HR systems is required, in addition to proven communication and interpersonal skills.
