£15,000 to £17,000 DOE

Core Aspects of the Role

• Working alongside Road Traffic Investigators offering assistance to the typing department and handling the resource overflow of both the audio typing and statement transcribing pool.
• Audio typing dictated reports ensuring that they are in the specific format requested by the specific client.
• Ensuring our case management system is accurately updated.

Key Skill Requirements

• Audio typing speed of at least 60w/m.
• Accurate data input skills.
• Ability to adapt to different tasks and work under pressure.
• Confident and articulate phone manner.
• Team player mentality.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Type edited reports and where necessary decide which files should be prioritised for each department or dealt with as urgent, liaising with a Director or your Senior Manager.
• Ensure that all reports printed are kept to the highest standard & quality, including checking any changes made to grammar or content.
