Job Information

A small and friendly IFA in Ilford is looking for an experienced administrator/Paraplanner to join their team.

Duties for this role include: -

• Assisting two Financial Advisers design and deliver financial solutions for the firms new and existing clients
• Creating suitability reports for life, pension and investment solutions
• Creating and maintaining accurate records on the firm`s back-office system for both new and existing policies
• Undertaking product research to support Financial Adviser recommendations

This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator/Paraplanner, so they can build on their existing skills, knowledge and experience within the Financial Services sector. Therefore, the skills and experience required for the role are as follows: -

• Over 3 years` experience working within an IFA environment
• Good technical knowledge of Financial Services products
• A working knowledge of Intelliflo, Dynamic Planner, Genovo and O&M would be preferable
