Job Information

A Nottingham based Independent Financial Advisers is looking for a Senior IFA Administrator to provide business support to a Senior Director.

Benefits; You will benefit from;

• A generous salary - up to 26K
• Annual bonus scheme - Discretionary and payable upon the company making a profit. Payable after two years` service
• Holidays - 25 plus Bank holidays. Increasing to 30 days in recognition of up to 10 years` continual service
• Discretionary Long-Term Sickness Policy - tapered and payable up to 3 months
• Death in Service - 2X salary
• Pension - via auto-enrolment with The People`s Pension scheme. Contributions are 3% employer & 5% employee
• Working hours - 35 hours per week. Flexibility to work 8-4 or 9-5 on a rota. Finish at 4pm on Friday. (They are currently in discussion regarding compressed hours)

The role; When successful you will be expected to;

• Process new business
• Produce client valuations
• Compile advanced suitability reports from structured templates
• Prepare research, agendas and paperwork for client review meetings
• Act as a liaison point for clients and providers
• Maintain and update client information
• Asist the Managing Director and Practice Manager with operational projects where requested
• Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role
• Provide any/all other pre and post sale administration support as required
