We are working in partnership with a well-established advisory and communications business based in central London and they are looking to recruit an experienced HR Manager.

The role is full time, although they will also consider candidates looking for 4 days (salary pro-rata). This is a new opportunity in the business and is to start ASAP - ideally candidates will be available immediately or on a maximum of 1 months` notice.

It is essential that candidates are CIPD level 7 Qualified (or very close to this) and ideally hold experience within professional services or similar industries.

Reporting into the Group HR Director, the role will have HR responsibility for one of the companies in the group, managing all operational areas and assisting with implementation of the people strategy. Key duties and responsibilities will include;

• Reporting into the Group HR Director, managing a team of 2 HR Advisors and supporting a client groups of c140 employees
• Work closely with the HR Director, implementing the HR Strategy across the business, working to ensure they support the changing needs of the business
• Support and assist the group HR Director with various HR projects
• Continue to develop and implement reward and recognition strategies and processes, including salary benchmarking, development of staff benefits, promotion processes, annual salary reviews and annual bonus process
• Manage all employee relations cases, including disciplinary, performance management and grievance issues
• Provide day-to-day advice to the organisation re; HR related issues
• Policy development and implementation
• Develop and implement fair HR policies, processes and procedures that reflect the culture of the organisation
• Work closely with Line Managers to ensure above HR policies, processes and procedures are fairly and consistently implemented and managed throughout the organisation
• Develop, implement and manage an online Performance Review process, using the HRIS already in place (MoorePay HR)
• Continue to develop the process of feedback and ongoing performance management
• Work closely with the Head of Recruitment and Engagement to ensure the recruitment and engagement strategies are implemented and facilitated according to the business` needs
• Provide monthly People data analytics and reporting as required
• Work with Directors across the business to develop and manage the annual People budget
• Manage the HR and Learning and Development teams

For this role it is essential that candidates have proven experience at this level and have managed and led HR teams.

Candidates will need to hold strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to build and develop relationships across the business.
