We are currently going through an exciting growth period and we can offer true flexibility for that ultimate work / life balance. We are looking for experienced Recruitment Professionals to join our business and we offer amazing earning potential to driven and experienced recruiters.

In this role you would fully manage yourself, your time, your focus, but would have the full support of an experienced and established team. The earning potential is fantastic and based on the commission split on annual income achieved, you`re income would look like this;

Revenue Billed - Commission Split
£75,000 - £48,750
£100,000 - £65,000
£125,000 - £81,250
£150,000 - £97,500
£175,000 - £113,750
£200,000 - £130,000

The proposition that we offer is on a Self-Employed basis and includes;

• A specific region that you can develop and expand - which comes with a large existing database of clients and candidates
• Commission split of 65% on placements
• 30% of your fee as soon as the candidate starts (the rest paid when we get paid)
• Drawback Scheme - to cover you on the months when you don`t bill (we all have them)
• Use of our candidate and client marketing system
• Free advertising on multiple job boards for your roles (job adverts and CV searching)
• Access to all of our on-line and cloud based systems
• CV formatting service available (to save you time)
• All of your credit control done for you
• Full back office support, including access to accountants and other professional services
• Use of our city centre based offices on the days you want to use them
• Phone answering and message taking service for when you are not in the office
• Full support, training (if needed) and ongoing advice and guidance from the Directors who have collectively been in recruitment for over 50 years.
