We are looking for an experienced, engaging and innovative Lead Financial Para Planner to work with the team at our clients, a successful Wealth Management company in the city.
The Lead Para Planner is responsible for ensuring best practice in all aspects of research, recommendations, reporting writing, file maintenance, business submission and completion of new projects. The role involves evolving the processes into best practice, and ensuring this is delivered through the team. Providing support and nurturing their team, and over time building a complimentary team of para planners as the group grows.
The lead para planner will need a level of creativity that generates and nurtures ideas, using data / analytics to inform management of delivery development, to ensure we are delivering distinctive and successful client on-boarding, and ultimately retention.
There is a key focus on delivering compliant driven projects for new business from the advisor`s in the business and on-boarding clients, and in doing-so creating a ‘wow` experience. The role involves creating and developing strong relationship`s with both advisors, the support team, and ultimately the para planning team, which will be built over time. Staying up to date with both regulatory changes and also emerging technology platforms and ensuring sufficient activation of digital components, project delivery times, cross team communicating, monitoring analytics and identifying areas for improvement to build and grow the solution and delivery.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Process Development : helping to evolve, build and deliver better delivery of projects
• Team Relationships : maintaining relationships across the team and evolve their development
• Acting as a central strategic point of contact between management, advisors and support team
• Digital Development : overseeing the timely delivery of solutions and associated MI

Creative / Strategy / Projects

• Working alongside the advisors to deliver innovative reports and research to support recommendations in a timely fashion
• Identify emerging content and best practice to infuse the development of report writing
• Liaise with compliance to ensure reports exceed expected standards
