A Leeds based Independent Financial Advisers are looking for a Financial Services Administrator to join the existing experienced support team and provide exceptional support the Advisers.

You will benefit from a generous starting salary of up to £20,000 and will benefit from working with a business who actively promote staff development and encourage staff to progress through to Parpalanner or Financial Adviser.

When successful you will be expected to;

• Maintaining client records : Updating the firm`s database
• Requesting and chasing provider information
• Production of portfolio reports
• Preparing client packs
• Producing review letters
• Organising encashments
• Client liaison
• Processing incoming and outgoing post
• Completing Business submission forms
• Supporting the IFA with day to day administrative tasks
