A Macclesfield based Independent Financial Advisers are looking for a Paraplanner to provide full paraplanning support to their Independent Financial Advisers.

You will benefit from;

• A generous salary : Between £40,000 and £45,000
• Discretionary bonus scheme
• Holidays : 25 days, plus Bank holidays, plus Birthday off
• Death in Service : 4x salary

When successful you will be expected to;

• Prepare and maintain client files • • Collate all the quantitative detailed information required to support any recommendations to be made
• • Ensure all relevant paperwork held within a client file is present, relevant and compliant
• • Discuss client objectives with the adviser
• • Ensure all appropriate ‘know your client` information has been obtained and can be demonstrated within the relevant client file





• Prepare recommendations • • Identify and discuss areas for planning with the adviser
• • Undertake relevant research to identify suitable solutions to meet a client`s specific objectives
• • Prepare relevant documentation and comparisons ready to be reviewed
• • Prepare draft suitability reports to be discussed and signed





• Implement recommendations • • Prepare suitability reports in accordance with the agreed recommendation(s)





• Review • • If required, attend client meetings with advisers
• • Ensure any updates and reports are issued to clients in a timely manner
• • When instructed, review client investment portfolios, asset allocations, risk profile etc.



To be successful you will need;

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent
• Experience working within a Paraplanner role or equivalent previously
