IFA Administrator Junior Paraplanner

An opportunity to join a successful firm of Wealth Managers based in Aylesbury for a full time IFA Administrator Paraplanner to support the Managing Director and his growing team of Financial Planners.

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an IFA practice and be studying for or hold the Certificate in Paraplanning or working towards a Diploma in Financial Planning. The ability to work without direct supervision is essential, as is the ability to work as part of a small team within a wider organisational structure. A willingness to adopt the technology, systems and processes used within the wider organisation is also required.

The candidate will be highly organised and be responsible for a wide range of duties including:

Preparation of information for client meetings

Technical research including portfolio analysis, pension switches, tax calculations

Preparing suitability reports

Liaising with clients and responding to queries
