A Leeds based Independent Mortgage Advisers are looking for a Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join the team. The business is fully Independent and prides itself on finding the best solution for each individual clients needs.

• Starting salary - £28,000 to £35,000
• OTE - £50,000
• All leads/enquiries provided
• No ‘New business` target
• You get your own Administrator/Paraplanner (+ additional Administrators/Paraplanners to ensure all Advisers are fully supported)
• Primarily office based, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, you can choose to book appointments outside of these hours to potentially increase your earnings

When successful you will be expected to;

• Provide a high quality Mortgage and Protections advice to all clients
• Manage your own time to ensure each client receives a high level and personal service
• Communicate effectively with your support team to ensure each case runs smoothly from start through to completion

To be successful you will need;

• To have given Mortgage and Protections Advice previously
• Have an extensive knowledge of a wide range of Mortgage and Protections products
• CeMAP or equivalent
