A Bellshill based Wealth Management Company is looking for a Paraplanner to support the Financial Planners. They are looking for someone who has worked in a similar role and holds the level 4 diploma or is working towards this.

Starting salary between £25,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience

When successful you will be expected to;

• To implement, operate & maintain (as directed) effective systems, processes and procedures which enable the Advisers to optimise client meetings
• To support the Advisers and Paraplanners by dealing effectively with the day to day business operation and act as a point of contact for clients
• Keep the Advisers and Paraplanners informed and updated at all times with case updates and progress
• To assist the Advisers and Paraplanners to take the business forward with creativity and positivity
• To communicate effectively within the Practice, to clients and third parties
• Support the Paraplanners as required to ensure the end to end business process is adhered to and tracked efficiently in line with Practice and regulatory standards
• Support the Advisers and Paraplanners by ensuring all relevant information required for writing the client suitability letter (SL) is available and kept up to date
• Maintain accurate and up to date client information
• To support the Advisers and Paraplanners in establishing and maintaining effective relationships with Head Office & admin centres as directed
• To support the Advisers and Paraplanners to develop client relationships and referrals, service existing clients and assist in building new relationships to help provide a first class client servicing experience
• Attend forums and workshops as appropriate
