Job Information

A Stockport based Financial Advisers are looking for an IFA Administrator to provide full administration support to their Financial Advisers, including all client servicing and business processing tasks.

You will benefit from a generous salary of between £21,000 and £25,000

When successful you will be expected to;

• Obtain illustrations,
• Compile client meeting packs including valuations, client agreements, fact find, risk questionnaire and profile documents
• Issue signed letters of authority to providers and obtain and update policy information
• Prepare new business applications
• Respond to written, telephone and electronic enquiries for IFAs, colleagues, clients and providers
• Deal with any fee and commission queries
• Produce accurate, regular and ad-hoc client valuation schedules
• Arrange for amendments to encashment and withdrawal requests


To be successful you will need;

• Experience working within a Wealth Management or Financial Adviser support role previously
