Job Information
A Stockport based Financial Advisers are looking for an IFA Administrator to provide full administration support to their Financial Advisers, including all client servicing and business processing tasks.You will benefit from a generous salary of between £21,000 and £25,000
When successful you will be expected to;
• Obtain illustrations,
• Compile client meeting packs including valuations, client agreements, fact find, risk questionnaire and profile documents
• Issue signed letters of authority to providers and obtain and update policy information
• Prepare new business applications
• Respond to written, telephone and electronic enquiries for IFAs, colleagues, clients and providers
• Deal with any fee and commission queries
• Produce accurate, regular and ad-hoc client valuation schedules
• Arrange for amendments to encashment and withdrawal requests
To be successful you will need;
• Experience working within a Wealth Management or Financial Adviser support role previously
