Insurance Product Admin Assistant : CreweSalary to 20k + Flexible Benefits
Our client is one the UK`s largest providers of telematics car insurance. They use innovative I-box and app technology to monitor customers driving behavior in order to offer a competitive insurance premiums and rewards to our customers the business is growing rapidly to accommodate the needs of their growing customer portfolio.
Role Summary
• The purpose of this role is to assist the Insurance product team and manage communication between key customers and external partners.
• Work on reporting function for the team and products and provide effective communication of issues to senior stakeholders.
• Assist in the generation of test packs, and project documentation.
• Assist the testing team plan and delivery
• Assist the live services team plan and delivery
• Work directly with senior stakeholders to assist in communication.
This role is responsible for:
• Daily interaction with Directors/Senior Managers, key customers and external stakeholders.
• Review and create live application service reports through dashboard and provide alerts to the business
• Key contact for the Insurance Policy Admin team helpdesk function
Required skills and experience
• Proven communication skills both in written and verbal
• Knowledge of change and version control
• Experience in problem solving
• Helpdesk experience an advantage
• A good understanding of Policy admin / broker solutions
