Job Summary

Do you have experience of working in a Financial Advice firm and are you looking to progress your career in Financial Services? If so, our successful Chartered IFA practice is looking for an additional administrator to support one of our Chartered Financial Consultants.

Duties will involve

You will be working as part of a team with the Chartered Financial Consultant`s existing support staff and your duties will include:

• Maintaining client records : Updating the firm`s database
• Requesting and chasing provider information
• Production of portfolio reports
• Preparing client packs
• Producing review letters
• Organising encashments
• Client liaison
• Processing incoming and outgoing post
• Completing Business submission forms
• Supporting the IFA with day to day administrative tasks

Desired qualifications/experience

• Minimum of grade C in English and maths at GCSE (or equivalent)
• Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with 2 A-levels (or equivalent)
• Experience of working within an IFA practice would be desired but not essential.
