The successful Administrator will be joining an Independent Financial Advice Practice in Headingly who have a fantastic reputation. This is a particularly friendly and supportive team.

You will be someone who is highly organised, able to work on a variety of tasks and has a fantastic eye for detail.

Duties include:

• Processing new and ongoing business for pensions, investments, mortgages and protection cases
• Recording fact find information
• Obtaining letters of authority
• Obtaining and updating policy information
• Producing valuation reports for client meeting packs
• Liaising with clients and answering queries, and chasing providers
• Obtaining quotes and valuations from major insurer websites such as OMW, Aegon, Prudential, Fidelity, FE Analytics
• Client greeting & refreshments
• Assisting with outgoing post

This role would suit someone who has some Financial Services experience, who is computer literate, has an excellent level of communication both written and over the telephone.

Full support provided to staff for further development and training. This practice has a low staff turnover and the position is full time 9-5 Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch. Must have a good sense of humour and be a team player with a `can do` attitude!
