A reputable Financial Advisers in Manchester City Centre is looking for a Case File Fact Checker to join the team.

The Role

The Case File Fact Checker will provide administration support to the Financial Advice Supervisor in gathering information and checking information in respect of client case files. Daily tasks will include;

• Making fact check calls to clients and providers as necessary in a friendly and professional manner at all times.
• Proactively chasing file information to support the Advice and Paraplanning teams.
• Preparing for calls by reviewing missing fact-find information from client files.
• Accurately updating the system by entering information onto client files in a timely manner.
• Explaining to clients in detail and in context when challenged as to why specific information is necessary.
• Providing any other support required by the Financial Advice Supervisor.



This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail who is able to identify missing information and then able to go and obtain that by calling clients, showing your understanding of their situation and explain fully why this information is required.



Financial services and/or pensions and investments experience will be beneficial.
