We are working with an established and growing financial services company based in the City of London and they are looking for an experienced HR Professional to join the business.

Reporting into the HR Director, this role would be ideal for an experienced Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner who is looking for a fast paced, busy and varied generalist HR position with a growing organisation.

They are interested in candidates who have come from similar sectors; financial services, pensions, insurance, employee benefits, professional services, accountancy or legal industries - who can demonstrate HR experience across complex ER, Communications, Diversity and Inclusion, Employee Engagement, Acquisitions and Mergers and provide high level HR advice and support to the senior team. Key duties and responsibilities will include;

• Reporting into the HR Director, providing support across all generalist areas of HR and key HR projects
• Support the HR Director with rolling out and implementing the HR strategy across the business
• Support the business from a HR perspective on acquisitions and mergers, including TUPE, Redundancies, Change and Cultural management etc.
• Working as part of a regional HR team, providing support to c400 employees across 3 locations.
• Free up the HR Director and be the first point of contact to the business for operational areas of HR, including providing advice and guidance to stakeholders on high level HR matters
• Provide support to other offices within the business, so travel as and when required
• First point of contact for complex ER matters, including leading end to end on areas such as settlement agreements, disciplinary and grievances, complex ER and performance management cases
• Provide HR support and guidance on cultural and change management programmes
• Responsible for leading, reviewing and rolling out all internal communications to the business
• Develop the Internal Communication flow of the business ensuring it enables ideas and feedback efficiently, as progressive, timely and efficient top down instruction communication.
• Working on various HR projects across Diversity and Inclusion and Employee Engagement
• Support the business recruitment, talent mapping and succession planning
• Working on a number of HR projects and change management programmes, supporting on company growth plans

For this role candidates will need to hold proven HR experience at this level and be confident working in a fast paced environment with minimum supervision. It is essential that candidates have relevant sector experience and be able to demonstrate leading and supporting on various HR projects and high level HR matters.
