A Bolton based Claims Management company are seeking a new Claims Adviser to join a skilled and highly successful team.

• Salary £18,000 then £20,000 once you pass probation
• Uncapped bonus, team average £500 per month
• Weekly incentive
• Staff socials (Attendance optional)



When successful you will be expected to;

• Make and receiving calls to customers who have enquired about their mis-sold investments
• Qualify the claim using established criteria and good questioning
• Build good relationships and guide customers through the claims process
• Build initial claim pack and send to customer for signing



To be successful you will need;

• Experience working within a claims management or claims adviser position
• Some product knowledge of pensions and investments products is desirable but not essential
