A Bolton based Claims Management company are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to manage all digital marketing activities and social media campaigns to drive traffic, engage the relevant audience and ultimately generate leads for the business.

• Salary £25,000 - £30,000
• Uncapped bonus based on effectiveness of any campaigns
• Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
• Free on-site parking

When successful you will be expected to;

• Plan and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including search, social media/native and display advertising with focus on conversion and lead generation
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
• Analyse the data to work towards the optimal digital strategy and identify opportunities across all channels
• Manage and maintain content, and provide timely responses to comments and enquires on all social media channels
• Identify and implement the latest trends and insights in digital marketing and web development where useful to the business
• Analyse and evaluate the end-to-end customer experience and identify areas for improvement
• Create monthly campaigns to promote internal engagement

To be successful you will some experience working with;

• Digital Marketing, Social Media and Brand Management
• Google Analytics
• Google AdWords, Bing & Yahoo Ads
• Facebook Business, LinkedIn Marketing
• E-Document Applications: Adobe Acrobat
• Office Applications: Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, Excel, Visio & Outlook
• Operating Systems: Windows 7, Windows 10, Mac

Other useful skills include;

• Web Languages: HTML, HTML5, CSS, (Mobile - Responsive Websites)
• Web Design and Graphic Applications: Adobe Creative Suite : Photoshop, Illustration
• Video Editing: Adobe After Effects CS5
