A Bolton based Claims Management company, who are an industry leader in their field, are seeking a Native Digital Marketing Specialist who can start as soon as possible.



• Salary £30,000 - £30,000
• Generous and uncapped bonus after probation
• Free on-site parking
• 9am to 5pm and weekend work as required in the role
• 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)

Purpose of this role

• The business spends approximately £2M per year on lead generation alone, your task will be to help decrease this spend by creating content in-house and by producing effective campaigns across various mediums to drive traffic and generate direct leads for the business



Requirements

• You will need a detailed understanding and experience of advertising on Taboola, Outbrain and other mediums
• You will ideally be able to deal with all aspects of this type of lead generation : creating copy, content and landing pages
• Monitoring bids, lead volumes and costs
• Split testing and experimenting to get the best possible outcomes
• Driving down overall costs and increasing conversions
• Liaising with the sales team and team leaders
• Working closely with the Director of Operations and Director of Sales and Marketing and providing detailed weekly reports of progress
