Senior Commercial Account Executive - Ambitious Independent Broker
Salary: Up to £50K (OTE) + 25 Days Holiday + Bonus

An established independent broker with offices across the Midlands. Providing solutions to Commercial and Personal HNW clients.

About the Senior Commercial Account Executive role:
You`ll be responsible for the overall running of an office with the servicing of personal & commercial lines customers with risks ranging from Motor Trade, Property Owners, Commercial Combined and Fleet. With the help from the Directors you will develop a plan to help to grow the business targeting more Commercial Cases and increasing the GWP and profitability of the office.

Main duties in the Senior Commercial Insurance Account Executive role:

• Fully responsible for the day to day running of the office, dealing with own portfolio which incorporates Engineering, Manufacturing, Haulage, Fleet, Care Homes and Construction clients
• Handling all Commercial new business enquiries.
• Organise and Develop the staff to ensure that the business maintains compliant at all times
• Liaise with Underwriters to help develop the existing book and to help generate New Business
• Identify new markets, schemes and other opportunities to help grow the Business
• Maintain retention rates

To assist the Directors with setting KPI`s for the office.

The skills you`ll bring to the Senior Commercial Insurance Account Handler role:

• Thorough commercial combined and/or commercial package insurance knowledge as a minimum due to requirements of clients
• Minimum two years` experience dealing with commercial clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Organised and effective worker
• Started / completed the CII examinations
