The Role:

• Accurately set up customers and orders on system, completing call logs and reports
• Deal with all customer queries and requests for product and service information promptly, efficiently and courteously
• Assist in the resolution of customer issues
• Keen eye for attention to detail
• Manage out of stock items by communicating with the purchasing department and advise customer accordingly.
• Maintain effective communications and good working relationships with all internal and external teams to ensure maximum customer service levels are achieved

Working Hours:  Full Time - Monday to Friday

Pay Rate:  £6.99 - £8.53 per hour (£13,624 - £16,640 per annum)
