Job Information

Our Essex based client are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Manager/Generalist to join the business on a full time basis where you will be working as part of a hands on HR team.
 
The role will involve travel into London office once a week but will mainly be based from Essex.
 
This will be suitable for a Qualified CIPD HR Professional with a wealth of all round HR experience within a professional services background.
 
Duties include:
 
- Employee Relations - advising and supporting managers on performance of teams and assisting with improvement opportunities
- Advising on HR Policies and procedures, ensuring they satisfy the company needs
- Planning and implementing restructures, disciplinary and grievance procedures when necessary
- Working with Senior Management on TUPE, and projects such as change management and onboarding
- Advising on retention strategies and conducting exit interviews
- Feedback on business units and formulating HR strategies and policies
- Leading on HR initiatives
- Attending regular meetings to ensure team objectives are met
- Gender pay gap reporting, salary benchmarking and attrition rates
- Maximising the HR system potential
- Gain strong understanding of talent pool and L&D
- Advising and assisting on recruitment process
- Compensation and benefits

Key skills:
 
- CIPD Qualified
