A successful and thriving Recruitment business in Leeds City centre are recruiting for a Delivery consultant to join their busy team.

The role will be solely focusing on the candidate side of recruitment and you will be confident developing relationships and managing the candidates journey throughout the recruitment process with Executive level candidates on a daily basis.

Although this is not a sales position, it is one that would suit someone who enjoys building relationships

The role will involve:

• Maintaining the developing relationships with key accounts
• Able to create pathways for account progression
• Building a contact base of senior level decision makers across their market
• Identify wider business opportunities for other departments
• Assisting the sales team on delivering sales goals
• Updating systems and processes to ensure high level of service to all customers
• Understanding customers requirements and building up information of suitable contacts
• Providing first line support for all candidates
• Arranging and coordinating interviews including feedback and follow up calls
