Job Information

A fantastic opportunity has been created for someone looking to progress into a HR Generalist position, so if you have at least two years experience within an HR Administration role then this could be the role for you. This role will be working within an all round operational HR position.
 
Duties include:
 
- Monitoring and dealing with HR queries
- Administering monthly benefits of the company
- Collating and analysing HR data on a monthly basis
- Administration of changes to monthly payroll
- Preparing and sending out offer letters and contracts and gaining managers approval on new hires
- Preparing purchase orders and setting up of new suppliers
- Updating salary and bonus review letters
- Completing the leaver process including letters and updating systems
- Providing admin support for employee training and online training
- Employee engagement surveys
- Support recruitment as and when required
- Onboarding of new hires, and liaising with relevant parties, updating HR systems and carrying out inductions, managing probations

Key skills:
 
- Studying or CIPD Level 3 qualified (min)
- Previous experience within HR
