If so, then we’re excited to be partnering with a leading and growing charitable organisation to recruit for a People and Culture Manager and this may be of real interest.
 
Core to this role is playing an integral role in managing the HR function and a team of 3 colleagues, whilst strategically planning, designing and delivering key projects to continually build on its People and Culture goals. This organisation also has global satellite offices to support it vital work and you’ll have a USA colleague and two UK colleagues to support and manage. Having a second language would be highly beneficial but not essential.

The Role:
Managing and ensuring all aspects of the employee lifecycle, coupled with exciting projects all working for an organisation committed to its people and its purpose.
Key focuses on recruitment, onboarding, development, and rewards. 
This is full time position working Monday to Friday 9-5, you will be mainly office based to ensure the people and its culture are working in tandem.
Salary up to £45K. Full Time position.
Ideal Profile:
Must be a qualified experienced HR professional with charitable sector experience. 
Fully conversant with all aspects of the employee lifecycle to include ER management and TUPE. Having exposure to employee relations and TUPE management would be a real value add.
Passionate about your growth, managing people, purpose, and cultures.
Holding a second language would be advantageous.
