We’re partnering with a global leader and innovator in their manufacturing/engineering field of expertise. This organisation is always pushing the boundaries and leading the way, servicing a wide range of sectors from Space and to the seabed. And most importantly, they’re looking to recruit a HR Co-Ordinator to join their Tewkesbury location.

This forward-thinking organisation places high importance on its people, creating a culture focused on wellbeing and development, and this focus is aligned to the core activities of this HR Co-ordinator role.

Offering a hybrid working pattern of 3 days office and 2 days home based, you be joining the HR team and providing a combined function:

From supporting with core HR activities relating to the employee lifecycle, including Recruitment, sponsorship / international assignments, first level casework GDPR reporting, administration of UK wide benefits schemes – to name a few.

And even more interesting, you will support the HR Director and Project Teams with key people topics to include Talent Program, Recruitment, Job Architecture, Engagement Surveys and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

If you’re a HR Co-ordinator or HR Assistant, striving to build and expand your HR knowledge and exposure and you also hold a continuous improvement and ‘can do’ mindset, then this could be a perfect career move for you.

Ideally you will have experience to all or most of the elements of the employee life cycle, along with recent Recruitment and Talent planning experience.

You will thrive in managing many tasks in parallel whilst maintaining an eye for detail and all working in a fast-paced environment.

And ideally, working towards or achieved CIPD Level 3.
