We’re seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking HR Business Partner to join a leading ‘not for profit’ organisation. This is a fixed term contract up to May 2025 and offering an immediate start date.

This is a full-time contract position; offering hybrid working, two days office based (Evesham) and three days home working. Reporting directly to Head of HR, you will be joining a passionate and hardworking small HR team. Providing support, advise and guidance to your business areas, to include recruitment and selection, managing employee relations, performance management, change management, providing advice on employee engagement, health, and wellbeing, pay and rewards and internal communications.

First and foremost, you will be responsible for building meaningful working partnerships with a range of Line managers within your designated business area. Working closely with them to build both organisational and people capability, and shape and implement effective people strategies and activities.

You will also take an active role in working collaboratively to contribute to the design, development, and delivery of the People strategy with associated projects.

With your established HR background, you will possess exceptional coaching and influencing skills that enable you to build trust and influence positive outcomes across a range of HR matters.  You may currently work at HR Advisory level and ready to step up into a business partner or be at Business Partner level open to exploring a new sector during a fixed term contract.

For this role you will need to be qualified to or working towards Level 7 CIPD.
