 We’re recruiting for a talented HR Assistant to join leading and growing organisation, working from their Derby Office and offering a hybrid working pattern.
 
This is an exciting opportunity as you'll take a pivotal role in supporting and assisting in all aspects of the employee lifecycle along with working for a forward-thinking organisation with a positive and people focused culture.
 
You will assist and support colleagues across several offices dotted arounds the Midlands, in providing first line support and ensuring the efficient and effective running of all the HR systems and processes.
 
In coordinating and facilitating all key HR functions key tasks will involve:
 
Overseeing the recruitment processes and assisting Hiring Managers with attracting and onboarding talented individuals
Manage all onboarding and offboarding processes, including Safer Recruitment and management of Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Responding to first line enquires, actioning requests and supporting colleagues’ enquiries.
Manage and maintain employee records through the people management systems.
Preparing materials and assist in the performance review procedures, along with appraisal and probationary review meetings.
Assist in employee relations matters and all associated administration and follow up.
Support with additional project-based work to support this organisation commitment to employee wellbeing and people development.
For this role, we're keen to speak with HR Assistant, qualified to CIPD Level 3 or above and keen to advance your HR career.
This role offers hybrid working, so we keen to hear from proactive self-starters, able to manage varying deadlines and able to work at speed whilst maintaining accuracy.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will ensure you provide the very best in people support and assistance and engagement.
 
Occasional travel to other sites across the Midlands area will be require ensuring the connection between its people and the HR function.
