We are working with an established education charity that is looking to recruit a HR Manager to join the business. Reporting into Directors you will be responsible for managing the HR function for the business covering both operational and strategic HR Overseeing 1 HR Administrator and providing support to c100 employees, the role will cover all generalist areas of HR including strategic change and organisational culture, staff development and training, ER, Recruitment, Reward and recognition, People Management, Advice, guidance and support on HR matters and Employment Law. For this role candidates will ideally have experience within the Education (safeguarding etc.) or Charity sector - although this is not essential. Key duties will include; • Reporting into the CEO, providing strategic and operational HR to c100 employees across multiple sites in London • Develop, design and roll out an effective HR strategy that meets the needs of this growing and ambitious organisation • Support on all areas of ER, providing advice, guidance and coaching. Including supporting on grievances, disciplinary, on-going day to day matters, exit interviews etc. • Support the business with culture and change, setting out HR objectives, organisational structure, talent management and strategy, review HR processors and developing the CPD strategy • Manage reward and recognition including pay review process, salary benchmarking, review of benefits and pension providers • Oversee and manage recruitment for the organisation, including supporting the business through the entire recruitment process through to induction and on-boarding • Oversee and manager the HR Administrator • Review and ensure effective HR policies are in place, including staff contracts, handbooks and all HR policies and procedures • Safeguarding and Child protection officer duties, in addition to supporting on H&S matters This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and growing business, working in a generalist HR position.
