We are working on an exclusive basis with a well-established and growing construction group, assisting them with the recruitment of a keen and ambitious HR Administrator.

Reporting into the HR Manager the role will involve providing full HR administration support within a busy and fast paced HR department. The role will be focused on both HR administration and support, in addition to Recruitment. Key duties and responsibilities will include;

  • Providing full HR administration support for c220 employees
  • The role will be a split of 60% HR Administration and 40% Recruitment
  • Managing and updating employee records
  • Writing letters, sending our contracts and assisting with the full on-boarding process
  • HR administration for starters and leavers
  • Dealing with HR requests from employees and providing HR information
  • Assisting with the full recruitment process; managing job pipeline, sourcing and managing candidates, organising interviews, managing offers, referencing.
  • Attending job fairs and focusing on candidate attraction - LinkedIn, networking etc.
  • Providing analysis and reporting for the HR Manager
  • Assisting on HR projects
  • Any ad-hoc HR tasks

For this role candidates will need to have a grounding in HR and hold some HR administration experience. Support for CIPD will be given and they are looking for keen and ambitious candidates who are looking to progress a career within HR and take on more responsibility.

Excellent communication and written skills are essential, as you will be liaising with employees across the business. A confident and open approach is required, with the ability to work on your own initiative and be organised.
