We are working with a well established marketing company and they are looking for a part-time HR Generalist to join the business.

The role is Part-Time and will be 2-3 days (15 hours per week). They are flexible on the days worked. The role is a permanent position and is to start ASAP.

Reporting into the Directors, the role is a stand-alone and will be responsible for all aspects of HR. Key duties and responsibilities will include;
•Supporting a client base of around 80 employees, being the first point of contact for any HR queries.
•Performing the full on-boarding process for joiners including offer letters, referencing and checks, new starter inductions and probation support
•Provider support to managers with any ER issues within the business
•Update staff handbooks and provide support with any HR policies and procedures
•Maintain the HR database, managing HR documents personnel files
•Recruitment - managing the process, liasing with agencies, negotiating rates, liasing with the PSL and dealing with internships
•Manage leaver administration
•Organising training courses
•Any ad-hoc HR duties

For this role candidates must have a good level of generalist HR experience and be capable of working in a stand alone position.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be dealing with all people across the business.
