Job Information

We are excited to be exclusively working with a fantastic international client who are recruiting for an HR Manager position. Although this is a fully remote role, there will be the need for occasional travel into London
 
Working for a corporate business this is an operational HR Manager position, managing two other members of the HR team.
 
Role will include:
 
- Developing and maintaining productive relationships with key stakeholders and senior management
- Overseeing the full HR support, regarding queries, policies and procedures and best practice
- Overseeing the recruitment processes and mentoring the team in improving the process
- Managing the onboarding process of all new joiners and reviewing contracts and pre employment checks as well as probation checks
- Managing performance evaluations and annual salary reviews
- Dealing with employee relations and performance management, redundancy, TUPE etc
- Increasing employee engagement including wellbeing and mental health awareness
- Processing of accurate payroll
- Budget management for HR, recruitment and training
 
Key skills:
 
- Experience working within international business (including Germany)
- Working in a small HR team/standalone position, with previous management experience
- Able to work efficiently and proactively
