Job Information

We are excited to be working with a business based in Hertfordshire who are looking for an HR Generalist to help out on a 3 month fixed term contract. This does have the possibility to be extended.
 
- Monitoring, reviewing and developing HR policies inline with the company
- Ensure confidential documents are held by the HR team
- Promoting values and principles and ensuring best practice
- Advising and guiding managers and staff
- Supporting managers to develop their HR practice and effective performance management
- Dealing with HR queries
- Administering the employee lifecycle including recruitment, contract variations, resignation, generating and issuing appropriate documentation and notifying payroll.
- Monitoring staff absence
- Assist with employee relations casework, including arranging formal meetings and preparing paperwork for hearings and appeals. Take notes at meetings and hearings. Ensure that the ER casework spreadsheet is updated with all activity.
- Updating HR system
- The client is looking for an immediate start and will be a hybrid position, offering a salary of c£35k dependent on experience
 
Candidates will have previous HR Generalist experience and be able to commit to a fixed term contract.
