My client is currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Officer to join their business on a 3 month fixed term contract (potential for this to be made permanent/extended)
 
You will be focusing in on bringing about cultural change, supporting the team on projects such a coaching, equality and diversity as well as retention and staff engagement.
 
- Provide professional L&D support to subject matter experts, developing a proactive learning community.
- Design and delivery of the induction programme including and if required facilitation and delivery with support from subject matter experts and HR colleagues.
- Provide support and advice on the development of talent plans and succession planning across the College and to liaise with external partner organisations as appropriate
- To manage a range of competing complex priorities and resources to support the delivery of the L&D Strategy.
- To establish and maintain appropriate systems and metrics/dashboards for measuring the impact of OD on organisational performance
- Work with HR management to maximise the performance of teams through diagnostics of team dynamics, and through design and implementation of team building solutions

This is a an initial 3 month contract with the potential to be extended for the right candidate. The role is a hybrid position and is offering a salary of c£32000 - £37000 DOE.
