We are excited to be working with a fantastic business who are looking for someone with a strong administration background to join the HR team as an HR Operations Assistant. The role will be providing Administration support within HR so is a fantastic opportunity for someone who already has HR admin experience or someone looking to move into an HR role (but already has solid experience within an administration role)
 
Duties will include:
 
- Issuing job offers for internal and external candidates
- Managing the engagement and onboarding process
- Administration of new starters and leavers and any contractual changes
- Updating the HR database
- Managing the recruitment and HR inbox
- Assisting with absence and maternity and paternity cases, providing HR support
- Preparing payroll data
- Managing the company benefits scheme
- Arranging any necessary training for employees
- Supporting and coaching managers on HR policies and procedures
- Producing and analysing reports

This is a busy role so will suit someone who enjoys working under pressure and can prioritise workload with strong organisational skills.
