We are excited to be working with a fantastic business who are looking for someone with a strong administration background to join the HR team as an HR Operations Assistant. The role will be providing Administration support within HR so is a fantastic opportunity for someone who already has HR admin experience or someone looking to move into an HR role (but already has solid experience within an administration role)Duties will include:
- Issuing job offers for internal and external candidates
- Managing the engagement and onboarding process
- Administration of new starters and leavers and any contractual changes
- Updating the HR database
- Managing the recruitment and HR inbox
- Assisting with absence and maternity and paternity cases, providing HR support
- Preparing payroll data
- Managing the company benefits scheme
- Arranging any necessary training for employees
- Supporting and coaching managers on HR policies and procedures
- Producing and analysing reports
Key skills:
This is a busy role so will suit someone who enjoys working under pressure and can prioritise workload with strong organisational skills.
