We are pleased to be working with a fantastic business who are looking for an HR & Office Administrator to join the team.
 
The ideal candidate will have a can do attitude and someone who is motivated to work and able to prioritise workloads, working on their own as well as part of a busy team.
 
Duties will include:
 
- HR Administration for new joiners, including references
- Providing HR administration support for the team and stakeholders
- Dealing with employee queries
- Assisting with recruitment, including liaising with recruitment agencies to arranging interviews
- Preparing employment contracts and obtaining references
- Updating joiners to the HR System and maintaining
- Preparing changes to monthly payroll
- Ensuring smooth running of the office on daily basis
- Ensuring facilities and office equipment are fit for purpose
- Booking travel arrangements and supporting ad hoc visitor requirements
- General admin support

Key skills:
 
- Previous administration experience
- Able to build strong working relationships with colleagues
- Accuracy and keen eye for detail
- Flexible attitude
